Dr Kenneth Khoo is a well-established family physician who has been practicing at Rail Mall for more than 10 years.
He first graduated from the National University of Singapore’s School of Medicine in 1991 and since then, his wide-ranging experience has seen him working as a doctor in the Singapore Air Force as well as various government hospitals and private clinics. He has acquired extensive experience integral to his work as a family physician by rotating through various relevant key disciplines which includes acute and emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, surgery as well as maternal and child health.
He is known to be a dedicated and caring family physician who has built up a strong following with his patients over his many years of practice.

Dr Koh Jean Shen graduated from the National University of Singapore School of Medicine in 2002.
Having done his internship in paediatrics, general medicine and orthopaedics, he then served two years as a medical officer in the Singapore Armed Forces. After this he joined Singhealth Polyclinics for three years,where he acquired extensive experience in the prevention and management of chronic illnesses and their complications.
Dr Koh’s key interest is in primary healthcare and he believes in a holistic family medicine practice. As a testament to his commitment to this field of medicine, he has also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine. Other than the management of chronic diseases, Dr Koh is also skilled in the handling of acute emergencies and has done a rotation to a tertiary hospital’s emergency and acute care department during this time. He has been with Healthcare Medical ever since its inception and is a committed and caring doctor who has great rapport with his patients.

Dr Ashraff S. Eilyaas (or more affectionately known as Dr Ash received his MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery, Singapore) from the National University of Singapore and furthered his studies in Dermatology (Diploma in Dermatology – Australian Institute of Dermatology) and in Aesthetic Medicine (American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine)
He joined HealthcareMedical@Kovan clinic in 2004 and has continued serving the same community ever since. His caring predisposition and affable, easy-going nature helps him tremendously in his day to day work of helping his patients and developing a good relationship with them.
Being an experienced general practitioner, he has developed a wide range of clinical skills through his practice in various clinical settings and discipline. His passion however would be in the field of aesthetic medicine and dermatology.
